Daphne Tzianopoulou

Born in 1965 in Thessaloniki, Daphne graduated with a degree in Library Science from the Technological Institute of Thessaloniki.

Starting in 1983 as a founding member of nonprofit associations, she studied and went deep into methods of inner development, such as meditation and self observation.

From 1983 to 1995 she was active volunteer contributor for the creation and coordination of groups on self knowledge. Part of these activities was devoted to researching the nature of addictions and emotional dependencies.

In 1990 she started studying holistic approaches to physical and mental health, such as Dr E Bach's Remedies, Homeopathy, and Traditional Chinese Medicine. She practices and teaches shiatsu since 1992, craniosacral balancing since 1999, and cosmic energy healing since 2012.

Daphne holds diplomas from the European Shiatsu School of London, and the Institute of Neo-Craniosacral Balancing. She has also been a student of renowned instructors and professionals of holistic healing methods, including Tim Mulvagh, Chris Jarmey, Giovanni Maciocia, Clifford Andrews, Pauline Sasaki, and Vassilios Tritakis.

In 2004 she founded in Thessaloniki the Shiatsu Academy, a school for the documentation of and training in shiatsu and Traditional Chinese Medicine. The Academy's prime objective is to provide shiatsu training at professional level.

Daphne is a certified cosmoenergetic healer at the level of Progressor, in the tradition of Russian academic V A Petrov, which she practices and teaches.

She is a founding member of the Hellenic Shiatsu Society and the Neo-Craniosacral Balancing Association.
