Natalia Kostopoulou
Born in 1970 in Thessaloniki, Natalia graduated with BA (Hons) in cinema and animation from the West Surrey College of Art and Design, UK.
She received awards for her movies in many festivals, in Greece and abroad. Returned to Greece in 1993 and went on with production of animation movies and ad spots, while also teaching (1994-98) at a film school in Thessaloniki.
Studied dance (classical, jazz and modern ballet) and dance theatre for many years (1976-2005).
In 1997 she took the Foundation course of the European School of Shiatsu in Thessaloniki, and, from 1998 to 2001 she completed her professional training in shiatsu and Traditional Chinese Medicine at the European School of Shiatsu (Athens and Thessaloniki) with distringuished Greek and British teachers. She practices shiatsu since 2000.
In 2004 she obtained the Diploma in theory and practice of Shiatsu from the European School of Shiatsu. In 2003, 2005 and 2007 she took postgraduate courses on the evolution of shiatsu in Europe and the US, with leading shiatsu teacher Cliff Andrews.
Since 1997 Natalia practices and receives training on Tai-Chi, Chi Qong, respiratory techniques and meditation with D. Pitianoudis, Bruce Frantzis, and Shaolin monks.
